For the 2023-2024 collection, we have made a deliberate and conscious decision to utilize recycled office paper as our primary material. Our choice stems from a deep commitment to environmental sustainability and responsibility, as we recognize the significant impact of paper waste on our planet. As per recent statistics, an alarming 12.1 trillion sheets of paper are consumed annually in America alone, with a staggering 45% of office paper ending up in landfills. By incorporating recycled paper in our collection, we aim to not only reduce waste but also showcase the unique aesthetic qualities of this material. The texture and quality of recycled paper lend themselves perfectly to the artistic vision we have for our collection, while also serving as a testament to our commitment to sustainability. We are excited to present this collection as an innovative and conscious approach to design and hope to inspire others to make similar environmentally responsible choices. The unifying theme that permeates this collection is the concept of “Void.” This intriguing design motif finds expression in every object we have curated. It manifests as an intentional and inviting emptiness, creating spaces within each product that beckon users to engage, utilize, and imagine.
