SAP and the Ellen MacArthur Foundation have collaborated with the London Design Festival to present a unique insight into the global circular economy. Contributors from some of the world’s largest brands joined with independent designers who have the Circular Economy as central to their work.
This session focussed on Food, addressing the urgent need to shift towards a regenerative food system based on circular principles. How can we design more sustainable food systems and what is needed from the design stage to ensure regenerative food production and less waste. Supported by SAP.
