The Shape of Colour

Colour is understood as a surface treatment, yet it is fundamental to how we experience and navigate the world. Bringing together voices from science, graphic design, industrial design and architecture and material culture, this conversation explores how colour is created, perceived and used across different scales and contexts. From public space and interiors to perception, material production and everyday objects, the panel considers colour as both a creative tool and a material in its own right, examining how it can shape atmosphere, identity, emotion and our experience of spaces and objects around us.
