Colour of Saying presents an interactive display and exhibition entitled Ethical Colour. This ongoing piece of research promotes climate-positive and regenerative colour sources. It presents progressive colour-makers whose work crosses design disciplines and highlights circular systems and emerging colour innovations.

Ethical Colour is an on-going piece of interactive research promoting climate-positive and regenerative colour sources and processes by Colour of Saying. Ethical Colour workshops, talks and material displays are all part of this initiative, which combines circular practices and emerging colour innovations to reveal new nuances of meaning responding resolutely to social, environmental and planetary change. As part of London Design Festival. Ethical Colour will be featured as an interactive display and exhibition. Over four days, the exhibition will present progressive colour makers whose work addresses key Ethical Colour themes: Waste & Reincorporation, Emissions, Pollution & Regeneration, and Biotech Solutions. Hosted in Switchboard Studios, where the Colour of Saying studio is based. The building was originally built as the head offices for a large consortium of industrial spaces which produced dyes and food colourings so has its own history of colour and dyes. - On Saturday 21 September, Colour of Saying will also present a circular and seasonal colour workshop with Hannah Elisabeth Jones. Visitors can also join our friends Indigo Garden for a tour of their local indigo and flax growing.
