Our goal is a world where every individual, regardless of their abilities, has the opportunities, support, and encouragement to flourish and contribute meaningfully to society. ONELAB offers an innovative, experiential learning journey to nurture and unleash the full capabilities of SEND young people. The ONELAB Mission ONELAB addresses the disability employment gap and combats poverty and unemployment among young people at risk of becoming NEET through: 1. Innovative designed curriculum that raises the attainment levels of SEND learners, thereby increasing life chances. 2. Providing clear, tangible pathways to employment and self-employment. ONELAB's Experiential Learning Journey Through design, digital media and entrepreneurship, our learners are trained to share the unique stories solely residing in their minds and transforming them into commercialised marketable products. Learners are trained to monetise their innate creative talents, apply work skills and develop an entrepreneurial mindset!
