A sensory tasting menu extracting colour and abstracting ingredients into 7 monochromatic courses and a cocktail made with El Rayo tequila or an alcohol-free Kir Royale. With artworks on loan from El Rayo's artist collaborations and a playlist of colour-informed songs, we round out the sense experience.
With Joe Laker at the helm of Shoreditch's counter 71, the chef's counter takes on a stringent adherence to British hyperseasonal, produce-led cooking. Downstairs, in lowcountry, Bar Manager and Georgia native, Ryan Sheehan, brings Southern US bourbon specialisation into the mix, offering an exacting menu of historical, classic and signature cocktails along with an extensive no and low alcohol menu.
